Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Cups

Basically these are a chocolate cookie with peanut butter inside. They look like overside peanut butter cups that we all know and love. They are quite filling so be sure to share them with a friend.

Ingredients:
Cookie cups:
2 cups of flour
1 egg
2 sticks of butter
1/8 cup Cocoa powder
1 cup of white sugar
1/2 cup of brown sugar packed
1 teaspoon of baking powder
Chocolate chips

Filling:
Peanut butter

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350ยบ
Mix the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder together in a bowl. Mix the butter, egg, sugars in another bowl. Slowly mix the wet mix into the dry mix with a spatula. Mix in the chocolate chips at the end.
Put baking ups into a muffin tin. Form the cookies into the shape of the so they have the appearance of a cup. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
After the cookie cups have cooled fill the insides with peanut butter. Serve and enjoy!
Before filling the insides with peanut butter you can store them for up to one week in a sealed container. Get out the peanut butter before serving. If the peanut butter is cold head in the microwave for 20 seconds to enjoy them fresh and hot.
