I was curious about whether I talked in my sleep, and after the first night of using the app, I noticed that there was some “talking” recorded. However, I could not listen to the recording at the time since I didn’t have premium. Despite not having premium at the time, I continued to use the app to track my sleep. Eventually, I upgraded to premium and listened to some of the “talking” recordings. To my disappointment, the recordings were mostly static and garbled noise, though I understand it is most likely due to the limitations of the iPhone’s recording technology.
